SHIPPING POLICY
At Nativ Footwear, we work hard to ensure your order reaches you safely and as quickly as possible.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation.
2. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery takes 5–7 working days from dispatch
- During periods of high demand, deliveries may occasionally take up to 15 working days
3. Important Information
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as courier delays or high demand periods
- Nativ Footwear is not liable for delays outside of our control
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery at any time.
5. Delivery Address
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address at checkout
- Nativ Footwear cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
6. Failed Deliveries
If an order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal of parcel, etc.):
- A refund cannot be guaranteed
- The customer may be required to cover the cost of redelivery
