RETURNS POLICY
At Nativ Footwear, every product is carefully selected to the highest quality standards. We provide detailed descriptions and sizing guides to help you make the right choice before purchasing.
1. Your Right to Cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason, and receive a full refund.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- You must notify us within the 14-day window
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement regardless of the above conditions. Please report any issue within 30 days of receiving your order.
3. Non-Returnable Circumstances
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Items that have been worn or used
- Items returned without original packaging
- Returns requested outside the 14-day cancellation window (unless faulty)
4. How to Request a Return
Email us at contact@nativfootwear.co.uk including:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photographs of the item (if faulty or incorrect)
5. Resolution
Once your return is reviewed and approved, we will offer:
- A full refund to your original payment method
- A replacement item, where applicable
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item.
6. Return Shipping
- Faulty or incorrect items: return postage covered by Nativ Footwear
- Change of mind returns: return postage is the customer's responsibility
